Custom/Personalized Orders

Once a custom order is placed, a proof/mock will be provided for approval. Any necessary changes will be made and once the customer approves the design it will be put in rotation. For custom/personalized orders, a deposit will be required upon approval. After approval, no changes may be made to the design.

Due to the nature of customized/personalized items, I do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a product flaw. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, please contact us right away if there is an issue with your order.

Turnaround Time 

Orders are completed in the order that they are placed. If an order is needed sooner, a rush fee may be incurred. Turnaround time is based on the amount of orders at any given time. Usually between a couple days to a couple weeks.

All of our items are handmade with an attention to detail. We love creating well crafted items for our customers to love and enjoy for years to come. Although we strive for perfection, we are human too. Due to the handmade nature of our products there may be small flaws and no two items will be the same.
